The easiest method for you would be to download and install the yum
rpm and dependencies from centos
4(http://mirror.linux.duke.edu/pub/centos/4.3/os/).

You should also really update your RHEL box, as your kernel is about 5
kernel updates out of date, including a few security updates, and
going just by this I'd say the rest of the system is potentially out
of date as well.
