This is Seth's key. I believe it was stated once already the first
time you sent this email. (that or gmail is handing me multiple
copies)

What you're installing is the yum source file. It's signed by the
person who packaged the source for you. You won't be able to use yum
from that package unless you rebuild it into a binary rpm. Instead,
you could install the yum rpms from centos4 (functionally equivalent
to rhel) and then alter the config in /etc/yum.repos.d/
