[Yum] Anybody fixed '[Errno -1] Header is not complete' issue?

It's not a yum problem to fix. It's proper support of HTTP 1.1 byte
ranges on proxies. Whatever proxy you or your isp is using is broken.
The simple solution is to use an ftp mirror instead of an http mirror.
The "proper" solution is to fix whatever proxy is claiming to
understand http 1.1 and is lying.
