[Yum] Man pages for yum-utils & please update the man pages for yum

Hi,
    I find the man pages for yum is very outdated.For example it talks
about yum.conf and doesn't metion anywhere about yum.repo.d While that
it what yum has been using. There exists no man pages for yum-utils.
Add some man pages for yum-utils. I am using Fedora core 4.
