[Yum] yum error before upgrade of Fedora

..and you're missing the installation step. 

Sorry, but I prepare patches in a way intended to be included in the rpm 
build of the package. I never install something other than rpm packages 
on my rpm based systems (except a few of my own scripts 
in /usr/local/bin)..

..just to make it more obvious, what's wrong.
