Hello all on the list. I have been using yum for a cpl of months without any problem for my FC3. Everything is installed from start and i followed the instructions from http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_core_3_installation_notes.html#Yum Suddenly different repos are giving problems like this, one by one with a cpl of days between: " Setting up Update Process Setting up Repos http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/3/i386/core/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-3, 'Namnuppslagning misslyckades tempor\xc3\xa4rt')> Trying other mirror. Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: core failure: repodata/repomd.xml from core: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try. " At first i just moved the one giving troubles to /etc and then it worked with the others. after that i put it back in /etc/yum.repos/. It happened with: freshrpms.repo dag.repo Have the adresses changed for yum-updates, cause i cant get into those adresses by my web-browser, or can it be i screwed something up? Regards /pi
