[Yum] make yum "download only"

Hi~

I want yum to only download the RPMs, is that possible?

I saw a post mentioning --download-only flag, but I tried that with
yum-2.1.3-1 (Fedora Core 3 Test 2) but yum still installs the rpms.

any help? thanks
