[Yum] problem to upgrade to FC2 from FC1

I think you are misinterpreting this message.  Xtest, scilab, R and
libmrproject-devel are packages that are currently installed and will lose
required packages if the upgrade were to take place.  In the case of Xtest,
it requires XFree86, but XFree86 would be removed while upgrading to FC2, so
yum is reporting an error.

'yum remove Xtest scilab R libmrproject-devel' should fix that problem.
