[Yum] About the log level and information messages

I ran a 'yum search yum' and counted the lines of output.

with 3 repositories the lines of output is 13.

That's it. How is that very chatty?

In short, no, yum's default output levels will not be changed for 2.0.X,
they may be changed in future major version releases but I'm not going
to muck with them now.
