no, alas, there is not, not in yum. This is something that is on my to
do list for TNV.

s'ok - also on my todo list is

yum install foo-1.1-1.i386

talked to adrian likins of up2date fame for a while one day and came up
with a reasonable way of doing that, I think.

could be quite handy.
