[Yum] Bugfix

Hi,

I've encountered some problems with yum-2.1.12 when using the
'installonlypkgs'-Option. So I've looked at the code and it seems
to me that parsing of option-lists is only done for the exclude
option, but not for 'commands', 'installonlypkgs' and 'kernelpkgnames'.

Attached patch fixes the problem for me. Hope this is right.
