[Yum] non reproducible bug in yum

I'm a bit baffled by this one.
a) I've never seen it before (although you're using 2.3, which I've
   just plain seen less of)
b) it's happening deep inside the core python libs (which COULD be
   because we passed them bad data)
c) all the other headers worked fine (which means we probably DIDN'T
   pass in bad data)

Because you can't reproduce it, and because it looks like it could be
a bug in ftplib, I'm going to set it aside until we get more
information.  That is, until we find a way to reproduce it or
otherwise narrow it down.  Thanks the for the report, though.
