[Yum] Delete old packages from local repository

Since it is difficult to keep track which version of the backport openssh
that we have on our linux machines, we've decided to just upgrade
everything to openssh3.7 regardless of the linux distro.  This way when we
run our scripts that checks for ssh version, it won't be so confusing.  We
can just go down the list and say, this workstation still has 3.5 and so
on...

It just that it'll save some harddrive space instead of having all 3
versions of openssh in the repository. I think I'll just write a small
script that removes the older openssh packages manually.
