The draft HOWTO now has a section (due to JP, edited a bit by me as before) on how to set up vsftp for anonymous access. Comments welcome, especially from people who use vsftpd already -- did we leave anything critical out? Is this description adequate to set vsftpd up securely, or are there permission/configuration issues left out? I don't use vsftp myself, so I'm not a good person to judge and security is a critical issue on a server, obviously, so it can't hurt to have lots of eyes on the instructions.
