[Yum] server vs. repository?

No, it's worse than this.  yum.conf can refer to multiple servers, each
with multiple URL's (or "repositories").  I think in general the idea is
that the fallback repositories under a single baseurl should be mirrors
of each other, but I don't think yum controls for or checks to be sure
that they are.

That's why I think that the term server should be dropped altogether --
at one time a [server] had a single URL, but now it has fallbacks,
making it clear that it isn't a server but rather a label for a set of
repositories one hopes are maintained to be consistent.
