[Yum] how long to wait yum for resolve deps?

I initiated a RH72 -> RH73 upgrade last night. It seems to be stuck on
resolving deps:

PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
23646 root 17 0 91760 71M 2108 R 65.2 57.8 560:45 yum

The machine is a P350 Celeron with 128M RAM and it has rpm-4.0.4-7x and
yum-1.0-1_73 installed. What I did was that I only changed yum to point
to RH73 repos and then issued `yum upgrade`.

Should I abort the command and try upgrading some packages by hand
before trying it again, or is just going to take a long time withi this
kind of moderate hardware?

Regards,
