Yeah, that makes sense.  Some of the people who have expressed
interest in urlgrabber would not be excited about requiring
pycurl/curl.  Otherwise, it looks pretty slick.

You can check the archives for some of the discussion.  It went
off-list due to apparent lack of interest from the masses.  The
ever-evolving design document is located at the urlgrabber site.  I
would welcome other input.

Time frame?  Probably in the next month or two, but who knows, I've
got this pesky thesis thing to deal with as well :)
