[Yum] rawhide update changes release to "1", but no repository?

it doesn't change /etc/fedora-release.

it uses whatever package is fedora-release or redhat-release.

so when you update you got the packages from rawhide, that update to
'yarrow' or whatever that isn't out anywhere yet.

this is one of the realities of using rawhide.
