[Yum] rawhide update changes release to "1", but no repository?

  as i was doing a bit-by-bit update of my FC3 test system, i
obviously updated /etc/fedora-release, which now refers to release
1 ("yarrow"), but there is no corresponding yum-repository at
mirror.dulug.duke.edu, so i started getting constant errors.

  given that FC 1 has been delayed, should an automatic update
really be changing /etc/fedora-release?  just curious.
