[Yum] Source package handling?

so I have two feelings on this:

1. I do think it would be kinda nice to do.

2. I'm not sure it belongs _in_ yum. I think it might make more sense
for it to be in a separate program that does all this since, imo, there
is a fair departure from installing rpms to building them. I don't like
the idea of cluttering up the primary program with it. - so a yum-src or
yum-build would be reasonable. I wonder if the yoyos at yellowdog would
be willing to share any code in that regard. <hint><hint> Dan :)
