Greetings, At present, my yum.conf uses usc.edu for both the "base" and "updates" repository for Mandrake 9.2. urpmi knows of at least one package that yum doesn't. I assume this means the yum repository is out of date. Is there anything I can do to expand yum's knowledge of what's available for Mandrake 9.2? David P.S. Here's my evidence: ### yum says "no bogofilter" ### [root@osage lib]# yum install bogofilter Gathering header information file(s) from server(s) Server: Mandrake Linux 9.2 - Base Server: Mandrake Linux 9.2 - Updates Finding updated packages Downloading needed headers Cannot find a package matching bogofilter No actions to take ### urpmi finds bogofilter-0.15.5.2... ### [root@osage lib]# urpmi bogofilter ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/linux/Mandrake/9.2/contrib/i586/bogofilter-0.15.5.2-1mdk.i586.rpm installing /var/cache/urpmi/rpms/bogofilter-0.15.5.2-1mdk.i586.rpm Preparing... ################################################## 1:bogofilter ##################################################
