The group "summer-coding" was not actively maintained and does not
have a lot of previous years
accepted students. So, we need to actively maintain it.

Will all the students be part of the alumni group irrespective of they
completed GSoC or not? or only the ones who completed the program.

Is a project proposal considered accepted when the students are
selected to work for their GSoC period?

I would be +1 on the second option.
