They will have equal rights. But duty-wise, as I indicated, Kazu will handle the upstream github chores, while Lianbo and Bhupesh will take care of Fedora, CentOS stream and RHEL maintenance. But with that being said, Kazu will rely upon Lianbo and Bhupesh for multiple-architecture access at Red Hat that he does not have available at NEC. And while it's still under discussion, they have so far agreed that patches posted to the mailing list will require at least 2 ACKs from the 3 of them.
