Why is the disk hot-add operation use PCI hotplug ?
Below is the hot plugged device using info pci monitor cmd.
> Bus 192, device 10, function 0:
> SCSI controller: PCI device 1af4:1001
> IRQ 0.
> BAR0: I/O at 0xc400 [0xc43f].
> BAR1: 32 bit memory at 0xf0101000 [0xf0101fff].
> id "mydisk"
Could someone pls provide all the steps involved upto the point it appears in the guest kernel?
