network problems with some cloned vm

Hi,All:
   Using KVM + libvirt + virt-manager, I meet a strange problem , some cloned vm  cannot get correct ip address via bridge network, but some vm can.
My host ip is 192.168.1.8 , a bridge interface br0 , an ethernet interface eth0
When the vm(win7) started ,I got the information like " ip 169.254.XXX.XXX netmask 255.255.0.0" by ipconfig
Here is the host network settings:
