This is just a warning for you started the VM with root priviledge,
but non-root priviledge user such as "qemu:qemu" which is used
by default in libvirt. And this is not the cause your domain crashing

2011-09-21 16:07:10.593: 1344: error : qemuMonitorIO:541 : internal
error End of file from monitor

This is the error which tells your domain is crashed, but there are
bunchs of reasons for these error, it's not enough to tell what
happened actually. There might be error in guest logs too,
(/var/log/libvirt/qemu/$domain.log), though it might be not enough
to tell the cause either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
