Found my own problem... mpath needs to be disabled.
This is the current options for configure...
./configure ----without-lxc --without-qemu
Now the make is broken, I don't think there is a linux/params.h in opensolaris. I was able to build under opensolaris...
Any suggestions ?

that should be done automatically on non-linux systems, it's a bug,
