[python PATCH 2/2] event-test: add missing events

Update the example to be able to trace all events.

* examples/event-test.py (main): Match full list of domain events.
(myDomainEventIOErrorReasonCallback)
(myDomainEventControlErrorCallback)
(myDomainEventBlockJobCallback, myDomainEventBlockJob2Callback)
(blockJobTypeToString, blockJobStatusToString): New functions.
