I've looked; hopefully someone else can also take a glance just to make
sure I haven't missed something that is libvirt specific...  I'm not a
network/bridge/tap expert by any stretch either. The HPVM vswitch
experience only helps me so much...

Still have issues with the TapCreate function - everything else seems
fine to my eyes.
