sendemail.suppresscc is not mentioned explicitly, but perhaps it
should be :)

I've also just checked the manual page for git-publish and it looks
like it should be possible to configure this at the profile level,
which would be very nice since it would automatically enforce this
preference for those who are using the recommended way to submit
patches.
