Right, sorry, I forgot to mention that. I had to remove FreeBSD 11
because when trying a full CI pipeline I realized the job was just
not starting, and after checking the documentation[1] I found out
it's a known issue.

Hopefully they'll fix it at some point, and when that happens we'll
be able to introduce the additional job.

In theory we could switch to -STABLE right now, but that doesn't
sound like a good idea because, despite the name, it's more like a
development branch.
