Exactly, but you NACK'd the code motion.  Now I'm confused.

BTW: After this patch the order is:

virSecretObjListGetHelper   <= Used for both NumOf and GetUUIDs
virSecretObjListNumOfSecrets  <= API
virSecretObjListGetUUIDs  <= API
virSecretObjMatchFlags <= Used by ListPopulate
virSecretObjListPopulate  <= Used by ListExport
virSecretObjListExport  <== API
