Is it safe to assume that previously if the XML had "<filterref
filter='myfilter'/>,  <backend tap='/dev/mytap'/>, and/or "<driver
queues='4'/>" that it would be ignored, but now there will be an error
at command line build time?

Hopefully we get no complaints ;-)
