Yes ... it's "Failed to autostart network 'default': cannot create bridge 'virbr0' : Package not installed"

With "libvirt_qemud --help" I do see that the sockets should be in "/var/lib/run/libvirt/".  They appear to be in place (and the permissions are what I would expect for system-daemon mode):
