ks=http://ksserver.example.com/ks.cfg ksdevice=eth0
The "linux" goes to the label in the syslinux menu configuration file of
the menu entry you want to boot (see isolinux/isolinux.cfg).
No problem in specifying whatever at the boot line though, I thought I'd
just mention this.
