i have made some progress
no the system gives me these outputs

ksserver : 192.168.1.104 file ks.cfg
kickstarting from device eth0
53 keymaps are available
................
mounting nfs path 192.168.1.104:/home
no valid tree or isos found in 192.168.1.104:/home.
so please , what are the file I have to put in my /home
