I have a CD that will install both 9.0 and 9.  You just need to have
copies of the appropriate vmlinuz and initrd.img files (renamed for
uniqueness) and a bit of isolinux trickery.  Using various kickstart
files is easy as well.  A single floppy, however, is far too small to
hold all of the necessary images.

PXE works in the same way.  (The pxelinux/isolinux configuration files
should be the same, in fact.)
