the pxelinux.cfg/default is IDENTICAL to the syslinux.cfg on the boot
floppies.

just copy it - you can do any type of install you want
hell, you can boot dos disks if you want.

pxe is a generic booting specification.

it has NOTHING about it that is specific to red hat linux or kickstart.
