%post --nochroot
cp /mnt/source/postscript /mnt/sysimage/tmp/postscript
%post 
sh /tmp/postscript

is your script /tmp/postscript executable?

%post --nochroot
cp /mnt/source/postscript /mnt/sysimage/tmp/postscript
chmod 700 /mnt/sysimage/tmp/postscript
chroot /mnt/sysimage /tmp/postscript
