Hi list

I'm a newbie with the kickstart install. I setup a NSF server and a DHCP server. Then I created the ks.cfg file with the kickstart gui. The NFS directory that I'm exporting is /home/farryp/setup. I copied the ks.cfg file in the directory.

Then I put in the boot cd and at the boot prompt, I typed:

                    boot: linux nfs=192.168.1.3:/home/farryp/setup/ks.cfg

Then I got the error message
Error opening: Kickstart file /tmp/ks.cfg: No such file or directory

I tried the same thig with a boot diskette. No luck same error

NFS and DHCP are tested and are running. Am I sending the right command to the kernel ?

pls advise

Farry
