Look for my reply in the mailing list "Re: CD1 and CD2 swaping like crazy..." I would REALLY appreciate feeback about what I've written. I'm not 100$ sure of its accuracy, or if I've left something out, or even if it is in an easily readable format. Once I'm happy with it I'll put it up on my web page for the world to see.
