This ought to be a FAQ: when you NFS-mount stuff during Kickstart
%post, you need to either mount it with the 'nolock' option or start
portmap + lockd et al by hand (which can be as simple as running the two
relevant /etc/rc.d/init.d scripts with 'start' arguments). Otherwise the
various bits of code will scrabble desperately at the walls for quite a
while in an attempt to get locking happy.
