Exactly right. I know it doesn't seem like it, but we don't try to make
this too hard ;-)

You only need to change buildinstall if you update anaconda or the kernel
you're using at install time. Everything else (including comps and the
kernel to use after the system is installed) can be changed w/o running
these scripts.
