7.1 '--type': valid values?

How does one derive a valid value for 'part --type <x>' where x is
supposed to be a numerical value?

For example, to kickstart an itanium box, I had to create a partition
called /boot/efi, and it had to be of type msdos 16-bit > 32M. I
found someone else's kickstart file for the same architecture, and
they used '239' as the type - but where the h*** did that come from?
How is that derived? Where is the documentation on this? The
kickstart configuration doesn't list the valid numbers for each
acceptable filesystem type!

Thanks
