Manual IP config in ks.cfg - can I make it prompt?

Hi,

For most of the options in ks.cfg (RH7.1), it will prompt for required
info that is not provided in the file (eg: keyboard layout...).

Is there any way to force similar behaviour for the network
configuration? It seems as though you're stuck with DHCP, or a full
statement in different "ks.cfg"s for each machines?

Reasoning for this is a need for a full installation from floppy / CDROM
on isolated private networks without DHCP, etc., servers - from a single
set of installation media & documentation for non-Linux-skilled
technical staff.

If I can find a way to do this, I can also detect it in %post, and use
the entered address to configure complete "hosts" files, httpd.conf, &
other site-specific configs.

Any bright ideas anyone?

Regards,
Mike Onyskiw
