Hi, I would like to know why we probe the Videocard, Monitor and mouse when text mode has been choosen at the beginning (in syslinux)? I looked at the code and it seems as though the probing was only done in graphical mode at some point in time but then someone removed that if install == "g" and replaced it with a "if 1:". Why? Since the probing is also done in configureX as an install step, I do not think that the mandatory probing is relevant. What do you think? Daniel Shane
