You could just create a RH6.2 cd with all the kickstart files on the cd (1 per server), and then modify syslinux to do a ks=cdrom:/... for each server. This way you could just send them a well tested cd and tell them to type one command for each server. Of course this only works if each server has a cdrom, otherwise I'd say you're opening yourself up for some huge headaches should the remote ISP tech not jump through the proper hoops for you.
