I placed the contents of both disks into a single directory and mounted it via NFS for the kickstart install. It's quite easy to do, as the directory structure is the same for both disks. So copying both disks to a directory with 'cp -a' will do it.

Hope this helps. (I couldn't figure out how to do it directly from the CDs, either.)
