Make sure that /U1/kickstart is being NFS exported, and all the IP's
in the dhcp domain have permission to mount it.

Essentially, you just copy everything from the cd or an iso image to a
directory somewhere on your box, make the changes you need to the boot
images, and make a new iso image with mkisofs using the -b path/to/boot.img
option.
