I probably wrote wrong, I'm using a Fedora 8 host with configuration files written in /etc/xen and not in the usually location (/var/lib/libvirt) and formatted in a classical configuration rhel files (not with a lisp similar syntax)... When a machine is shutdown I can't see on xm list and in virt-manager..
